Who we are
This website is operated by elicify — a hands-on advisory for agentic AI and the semantic layer it runs on, registered in Singapore. Led by Daniel Piatkowski. Remote-first, serving customers globally.

What data we collect
This website collects minimal data:
- Server logs. Standard request data (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user-agent) is processed for security and uptime. Retained up to 14 days.
- Contact enquiries. If you email us or use a contact form, your name, email, and message content are stored to respond to your enquiry. Retained up to 12 months after final correspondence.
- Newsletter subscriptions. If you subscribe, your email address is stored to send you content updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
- Cookies. Only essential cookies required for site function (e.g., session management). No advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and request consent before any non-essential cookies are set.
Third-party services
- Web hosting: Fly.io (Frankfurt, Germany)
- Email infrastructure: Stalwart on Fly.io (Singapore), with Resend (United States) as outbound relay
- CMS: Ghost (self-hosted on Fly.io)
International data transfers
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in:
- Singapore — where elicify is registered. Singapore is not currently the subject of an EU adequacy decision under the GDPR; transfers from the EU/EEA rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where required.
- United States — for outbound email via Resend. Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with Resend Inc.
- Germany — for web hosting (Fly.io Frankfurt region). Same EEA / GDPR jurisdiction as the EU; no additional transfer mechanism required.
Your rights under the GDPR (EU/EEA users)
If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data (Art. 15)
- Request correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Request deletion of your data (Art. 17)
- Restrict processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
- Withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3))
- Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (Art. 77)

Your rights under the PDPA (Singapore users)
If you are in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) applies. You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data (Section 21 PDPA)
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data (Section 22 PDPA)
- Withdraw consent for ongoing processing

Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
- Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe
- Contact enquiries — up to 12 months after final correspondence
